Join us for the Nordic Rheology Conference in Aarhus, April 12-14, 2023
This year’s Nordic Rheology Conference will take place at Aarhus University, Denmark, April 12-14. The conference is organised by the Department of Food Science and supported by the Nordic Rheology Society.
The conference addresses all fields of rheology, and this year there will be a specific focus on be food rheology through an interdisciplinary approach of combining soft matter science and food science.

The programme includes scientific presentations and posters, as well as exhibiting companies (Anton Paar, Biolab, Gammadata, TA Instruments, Norlab, Formulaction, and Stable Micro Systems are already confirmed).

Social events includes a welcome reception, conference dinner, a guided tour through the historical site Den Gamle By in Aarhus.
