The Danish Dairy Research Foundation in collaboration with Danish Society of Dairy Technology, Association of MSc in Dairy Science and Technology, and Danish Dairy Managers Association organize a Dairy Research Day every other year. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we skipped 2021 – but now we are fired up and ready to go!
The next meeting will be on Thursday 16 March 2023 from 9 to 18.

Programme
The programme covers topics such as dairy as part of a sustainable diet, shelf life extension, sustainable and emerging technologies, ways of creating new texture experiences – to name a few. In addition, a tour de science is planned to allow you to dig further into science. By the end of a fruitful day, a joint dinner is held for further networking.

The Venue
The venue is MCH Messecenter Herning, Denmark in Mid Jutland and can be reached by train and car. The nearest airport is Billund Airport (distance approx. 50 km). The 1-day conference usually has 180-200 participants from both industry (R&D, site managers, suppliers to the dairies) and academia. The Dairy Research Day will be held in English.
