In 2015, new knowledge and educational food experiences are served at Tangkrogen and once again, the audience is involved through playing, tasting and learning.

Food participates with 6 activities:
- Green stevia – organic sweetener (contact person: Kai Grevsen)
- MACSYS – technology for sustainable production of poultry food products (contact person: Margrethe Therkildsen)
- Does organic parsley taste better? (contact person: Karen K. Petersen)
- Chocolate quality and cacao butter (contact person: Rikke Ploug Frydenberg)
- Danish fruit without pesticide residues (contact person: Marianne Bertelsen)
- Play with food and senses in sensory and consumer science (contact person: Line Mielby)
