Once again Department of Food Science will join Food Festival at Tangkrogen in Aarhus

In 2015, new knowledge and educational food experiences are served at Tangkrogen and once again, the audience is involved through playing, tasting and learning.

Food participates with 6 activities:

  • Green stevia – organic sweetener (contact person: Kai Grevsen)
  • MACSYS – technology for sustainable production of poultry food products (contact person: Margrethe Therkildsen)
  • Does organic parsley taste better? (contact person: Karen K. Petersen)
  • Chocolate quality and cacao butter (contact person: Rikke Ploug Frydenberg)
  • Danish fruit without pesticide residues (contact person: Marianne Bertelsen)
  • Play with food and senses in sensory and consumer science (contact person: Line Mielby)
