Professor Lotte Bach Larsen and Associate professor Nina Aagaard Poulsen from the Department of Food Science, Aarhus University have together with Dr. Kasper Hettinga and Dr. Etske Bijl from Food Quality & Design, Wageningen University developed a masterclass ”Dairy Protein Biochemistry”, which takes place 2nd and 3rd July 2018 at Wageningen University.
